This gives us a chance to understand ourselves better, comfort ourselves, and acknowledge our importance. We are a part of the big picture—the universe. Each of us has a purpose. What are our needs? Can we live a simple life? Can we incorporate nature into our daily lives? These are some of the questions we start thinking about.
