Facing our daily challenges drains us of our energy. It makes us sad, stressed, and somewhat negative at times. There is a need to relax and feel positive again. Our realization of this is what triggers our efforts towards achieving that inner peace.
The easiest way to connect with one’s inner self is to spend time surrounded by nothing but nature. Nature absorbs all our stress and replenishes us with positive energy. This gives us a chance to understand ourselves better, comfort ourselves, and acknowledge our importance. We are a part of the big picture—the universe. Each of us has a purpose. What are our needs? Can we live a simple life? Can we incorporate nature into our daily lives? These are some of the questions we start thinking about. The closer we are to nature, the deeper is our understanding of the way the universe works and the part we play in it. Isn’t that beautiful?

日常生活上的挑戰令我們身心俱疲,使我們憂愁與感到壓力沉重,並且時而產生消極情緒。我們需要放鬆和再次感受正能量。這份醒覺觸發我們努力達致內心平和。
重新與內在自我連接的最簡單方法,莫過於置身大自然,好讓它吸走所有壓力,並為我們補充正能量。大家亦籍此機會更好地瞭解自己,安撫自己和認同自己的。我們都是大宇宙的一員。人人生來皆有其使命。我們需要什麼?我們能否過簡單生活?我們能讓大自然融入的日常生活嗎?這都是一些我們逐漸要思考的問題。我們越接近大自然,越能深入暸解宇宙規律及當中自己的角色。這難道不美麗嗎?
