He whose heart recognises the true beauty of a relationship, shall not choose to pluck a flower over nurturing the plant. A flower carries beauty for a short period, but a plant lives for a long time.
It is also important to keep this in mind when we build relationships with others. True relationships are built on love. There is happiness as long as there is love. But that love cannot be built on a materialistic beauty alone. It must go beyond that.
