Whenever we are upset, we think about something negative. The more we think about something negative, the more negative our thoughts become and the more upset we are. But we never tire of thinking. We think one thought after another and still create more thoughts. We never stop thinking. Our minds are never at rest.
This also means if we choose to think of happy things, we can think positive. The more we think about something positive, the more positive our thoughts will become and the more happy we will be. We will never run out of happy thoughts, some of which will change the way we look at things and give us ideas to overcome the negativity that hits us every day.

 

快樂的想法

每當沮喪的時候,常會有消極思想。越想消極的東西,思想越負面,我們就越是難過。但我們永遠不會厭倦思考。我們從一個想法跳到另一個,並仍然創造更多的想法。我們從沒有停止思考。我們的頭腦也從不休息。
這也意味著若我們選擇想快樂的事,就能正面地思考。越想一些正面的,思想會變得更加正面及將會更快樂。快樂的想法永遠不會從我們身上用竭,當中一些將會改變我們如何看待事物,及給予意念以克服每天迎面而來的消極情緒。
